Dein Profil

Du liebst es Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle professionelle Hilfe und eine aussergewöhnliche Service-Erfahrung anzubieten. Idealerweise hast Du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kunden oder anderen Anspruchsgruppen. Deine starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in deutsch, französisch und englisch weisst du einzusetzen. Deine Auffassungsgabe unterstützt dich darin, dich schnell auf neue Situationen und Rahmenbedingungen einzulassen und diese erfolgreich zumeistern. Zusammen mit deiner Empathie und deinem Humor behältst du auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und deine positive Grundeinstellung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Anfragen unserer Kunden und Servicepartner via Telefon, Email und Chat

  • Beratung unserer Kunden in der Auswahl der passenden Servicedienstleistung

  • Vermittlung von Aufträgen innerhalb unseres Servicepartner Netzwerk

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Umsetzen geeigneter Lösungen

  • Ausführen von administrativen Aufgaben

  • Einbringen von Ideen um unser Produkt und unsere Prozesse zu optimieren

What you will do

  • As part of the operation team, you are responsible for the growth of our service provider network on mila.com in several countries 

  • You evaluate and use suitable channels (on- & offline) to achieve the growth targets, on well-balanced costs per acquisition level 

  • You provide the required coverage of service providers in each country/region and building the necessary capabilities, to execute the services offered on mila.com 

  • If needed you pick up the phone or visit potential new service providers 

  • You are in constant dialogue with our service providers, understand their requirements, and give feedback to our product team making sure our Net Promoter Score (NPS) stays high 

  • You provide regular news and product updates to service providers and encourage them to use Mila regularly 

  • You implement measures to ensure the engagement and activities of service providers 

  • You create programs and organize events to strengthen the relationship with our service provider network 

  • You are working closely with the Founder, Operation, Marketing, and Product Teams 


Who you are

  • A highly motivated person with great passion and motivation to work in a vibrant startup culture

What you will need

  • Minimum BA/BS degree in economics, marketing, statistics, finance, or equivalent practical experience 

  • 2 years of experience in online marketing, business analytics, business development, or community management position 

  • Extensive knowledge of social media advertising, display campaigns, email marketing, Google AdWords and Google Analytics 

  • Excellent analytics, communication, and networking skills 

  • Fluent in English and German, any additional language is a big advantage 

  • Demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization 

  • Strong work ethic

What you will do

  • As part of the international operation team, you design, develop and manage e-learning content for our service partners to enable a high quality of service execution in all our markets

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality training materials

  • Liaise with the user community to improve training material content and delivery.

  • Create and implement engaging learning activities on our LMS platform

  • Define and implement features, which accompany our service partner on their Mila Journey

  • Work on different international projects at the same time

  • Stay up-to-date on learning and development trends and apply relevant learnings for Mila

  • Create “how to do videos” and run an Info TV Channel for service partners 

  • You are working closely with the Founder, Operation, Marketing, and Product Teams.


Who you are

  • 2 years of experience in e-learning design, training management, media didactics, or similar

  • Extensive knowledge of creating powerful e-learning, Videos, and a sustainable learning journey

  • Strong skills in using Software as Adobe creative cloud programs or similar

  • Web Content Development such as XML, HTML, JS or CSS

  • Excellent analytics and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German, any additional language is a big advantage.

  • Demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization

  • Strong work ethic
