We work with professional service technicians (Mila Pros) and technically experienced private individuals (Mila Friends).

Our technicians are only deployed to complete jobs if their knowledge and skills are a match for the service. All technicians are checked by Mila and must pass qualifying exams for the services they provide before they can carry out orders for Mila.

The world of technology moves fast. To ensure that our technicians are up to date on the latest tech, we offer them extra training at our Mila Academy. That way, they can always offer you quality service on your latest hardware or software.

If the «Mila Friend» booked via Mila should damage something during the installation in your home, our Mila installation protection insurance from AXA covers damages of up to CHF 2,000.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your Mila service, our Mila customer service is there for you. As a customer, you only pay when the service has been completed to your satisfaction.

Do you have a tech problem that is hindering you at work or in your daily life and needs to be solved immediately?

Mila offers immediate help within 6 hours for a small extra charge. The option is available for all German Friend services. It's easy: Find your support package, start booking process, choose the express option, check your zip code for availability and you're done.

You'll be contacted by phone within the first hour by your service technician to clarify details about the request. After that, your Mila Friend will immediately get to work solving your problem (either on-site or remotely - depending on the package chosen).

During evenings or holidays, we might have some difficulty to connect you with a local technician. In this case, you won’t be charge the express option.
