Set up the Internet-Box.
Set up one email address on a computer.
Set up your telephone.
Set up Swisscom TV on one device & consultation.
Check all connections (home network).
Other services not included in the scope of services can be booked directly with the Mila Professional if time is available. These services need to be signed by the customer in the Mila App.
The basic services do not include work such as wiring, drilling holes, moving telephone sockets, etc. However, the professional can do this for you as well. Any such work is billed at cost and is agreed with you on-site.
The duration of the on-site installation is approx. 90 minutes (average value).
As a customer, please coordinate access to the connection box in the building (e.g. organize the caretaker of the building). Please have details ready for your connection. These have been provided to you by Swisscom.
