WLAN is already installed on most mobile devices (laptop/netbook/tablet/mobile phone). If the end device doesn't have a built-in WLAN chip, a USB WLAN dongle can be affordably upgraded. If that's the case, proceed according to "Install WLAN driver".
If you have a desktop computer, a USB dongle may be required if no WLAN chip is installed. Please insert the disc included with the dongle into the drive and follow the steps on the screen.
The WLAN router usually obtains all data from the internet service provider (ISP). When the connection between the router and internet is established, connect your PC/laptop to the router, open the user interface of the router in a browser and select the "WLAN" menu item. An installation wizard will then guide you through the further setup.
Open "Network settings" on your laptop and activate the "WLAN" item. Search the list for the name of the desired WLAN, also called SSID, and click on "Establish connection". A password is usually requested. After entering the password, the connection is established. In some cases, the SSID of the desired WLAN is not on the aforementioned list; then use the "Enter SSID" item.

Before the service takes place your Mila technician will call you to quickly evaluate if the issue or task can be resolved remotely.
