With Swisscom as the main investor, Chris relaunches Mila, focusing the services on tech challenges. Mila expands to Germany, working with operators Conrad Electronics and RWE. The company strikes partnerships with both tech brands and retailers to provide support and installation for their tech products.
Chris is working at Swisscom, Switzerland’s largest telecommunications provider. He notices many customers need extra tech support or help. He has an idea for an on-demand neighborhood tech support service that would provide customers with a fast solution at a fair price. To pilot the idea, Chris teams up with Mila.com, a newly-built on demand service platform. Mila connects Swisscom customers in need of extra tech support with Mila Partners from all over Switzerland. The pilot is a success.
