Trust & Support Fee (Friends)
On the invoice you will find an amount under the item "Trust & Support Fee". The Trust & Support Fee is only applied for Mila Friend Services, as Mila acts as an agent, unlike Mila Professionals. The Trust & Support Fee covers the cost of Mila Installation Protection Insurance (AXA), Mila Friends' vetting, and the operation of our optimal customer service.
This amount is already included in the price of Mila Profi services.
Mila Friend (Tech Fan)
Qualified private individuals from your area, excited about technology and tested by Mila
Mila is a mediator. Friends work as freelancers to earn extra income
The liability remains with the Friends; Mila helps to resolve any problems
Non-binding price recommendations by Mila. Customers and Friends agree the price together
