Dispatcher

As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and assigning service orders for several technicians in your company (Dispatcher FSM Light Guideline). Sign up with Mila and start growing your business with additional orders today.

1) Accept service order

Our customers book various types of technical services via mila.com - we forward these to our technicians. When the order is accepted, all information about the order and the customer is displayed in the app or in FSM light.


2) Scheduling jobs

Most jobs are booked a few days in advance. Since we pass the jobs on to the Mila technicians directly after booking, you have enough time to plan your workload. You can also accept short-notice jobs to fill open time slots or run an extra job on the way back.


3) 
Automated payment

Payment for your completed service orders is always made monthly to the bank account you specify. There are no obligations regarding the number of services performed.
