Your responsibilities

Your mission is to plan and execute analyses, customer experience improvements and engagement programs together with our Key accounts in order to increase the number of service bookings. You love to execute and own the end-to-end process of promotions and provide the senior management with visualized findings and insights to drive business decisions. You design impressive experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions to our Key Accounts to increase the number of transactions. Furthermore, you generate ideas for exploratory analyses to shape future projects and provide recommendations to grow the business. You are in regular contact with our Key accounts.

Your main tasks will include the following

  • Analyzing, designing and integrating the sales journey of Mila services with an end-to-end customer perspective together with our Key Accounts

  • Developing and implementing improvement measures and campaigns in collaboration with our Key Accounts to scale service bookings and our business

  • Onboarding of new Key Accounts – from pilot to rollout

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance of partner specific KPIs on a daily basis and initiate the necessary improvements and measures to achieve the agreed targets

  • Working cross functionally within the business to optimize partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally

Requirements

We’d love you to be a highly motivated candidate with passion for a vibrant startup culture. You are highly methodical and have a strong sense of the commercial side of the business. Therefore, you have no struggles dealing with enterprise partners and consulting them at your best! Also, your excellent communication skills on all business levels, in written and verbal and, in particular, your ability to explain complex situations competently and confidently will help you to convince us and our Key Accounts of your capabilities.

At most, you have a demonstrated track record, experience in Key Account Management and/or business development. You have an outstanding working experience in E-Commerce and retail and you have a strong knowledge of User Experience Design. You moreover are used to scaling performance in B2B. Last but not least, you have a degree or equivalent academic qualification that fulfill the required profile. Your mother tongue is German and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You need to be creative in finding new business development options to scale the transactions with our partners. We require an independent, self-reliant and target-oriented way of working. Your strengths include an understanding of numbers and economic relationships, analytical thinking and quick comprehension, negotiating and communication skills, creativity, organizational talent and project management skills. You know how to convince the top management at the customer of your ideas and motivate their shop staff to top performance.
