The "natural" scroll direction by Apple may feel unnatural to many users. You can easily change this by going to the Apple logo in the top left corner of the menu bar > "System Preferences" > "Trackpad" > "Scroll & Zoom" and uncheck the box for "Scroll Direction: Natural". Now you can scroll down, to actually scroll down.

You can do this by going on the Apple logo in the top left corner of the menu bar and then selecting "About This Mac". Below the macOS name you will find the exact currently installed version of macOS.

To do this first right-click on a file of the desired file type in finder and click on "Open with" > "Other" and in the new window you can select the exact software you want to use to always open this type of file. After selecting the software make sure to check "Always Open With" and press "Open". If this is missing press the "Options" button in the left corner of this finder window.

You can share your clipboard with your iOS devices by going to "System Preferences" > "General" and checking the box for "Allowing Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices." On your iOS device you can allow Handoff in "Settings" > "General".

To get a detailed breakdown of what is using the most storage space you can go to the Apple Symbol in the left corner "About This Mac" > "Storage" > "Manage". This will open a window where you can find a full breakdown of what is using the most storage on your device.
