Your profile

You love to offer customers professional help and an exceptional service experience through a variety of channels. Ideally, you have leadership experience and have experience in looking after customers or other stakeholders and have already gained management experience in customer service. You possess strong communication skills in German, French and English. Your comprehension helps you to quickly get involved in new situations and framework conditions and to master them successfully. Together with your empathy and humor, you keep a cool head and your positive attitude even in hectic situations and transfer this to the entire team.

Your tasks as a Service Hero (70%)

  • Support inquiries from our customers and service partners via phone, email and chat

  • Advise our customers in the selection of the right service package

  • Mediate orders within our service partner network

  • Process complaints and implement suitable solutions

Your tasks as a Team Lead (30%)

  • Manage our Service Heros in Zurich and Berlin personally and professionally

  • Foster employee development through individual coaching

  • Monitor and control the most important key figures in customer and partner support

  • Bring ideas to optimize our product and our processes
